2. Services
AI Innovation Web Solutions provides custom website development, AI receptionist and automation systems, and AI-assisted video production. Project scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a separate written agreement for each engagement.
3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

Program name: AI Innovation Web Solutions Client Alerts
Program description: An SMS notification program for AI Innovation Web Solutions clients. When a visitor submits a contact form on a client's website, we send an SMS alert to the client's designated mobile number containing the inquiry details so the client can respond promptly.
Who receives messages: Only business owners and site administrators who are active clients of AI Innovation Web Solutions and who provided a mobile number specifically to receive these alerts as part of their written service agreement. We never message website visitors, consumers, or purchased lists.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Messages are triggered by activity on the client's own website, so volume depends on how many inquiries that site receives.
Cost: There is no charge from AI Innovation Web Solutions for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact Support@aiinnovationswebsolution.com or 928-256-8030.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages after that.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, timely feedback and content, and for ensuring they have the right to use any materials they supply to us.
5. Payment Terms
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in each project agreement. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website content and design. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components, and may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Third-Party Services
Our work may integrate third-party platforms and services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
